Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to memberships, credit packages, video generation credits, and related digital services purchased through GoodsClip. Because the service can immediately provide AI script generation, video generation tasks, product analysis, and downloadable outputs, refund eligibility depends on order status, credit usage, and service delivery.

2. Credit Returns for Failed Jobs

If a video task submission fails, or if the final video generation job fails, the corresponding video credits are returned according to the in-app credit ledger. Script generation, script revisions, and successfully completed video jobs are charged according to actual usage records.

3. Refundable Cases

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for duplicate charges, abnormal charges, unfulfilled orders, purchases that have not been materially used, or service failures caused by our system that prevent you from receiving the purchased service. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Usually Non-Refundable Cases

Consumed credits, successfully generated or delivered scripts and videos, failures caused by user input errors or marketplace policy violations, accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, and orders that have already been substantially used are generally not eligible for cash refunds.

5. Membership Cancellation

Memberships may be cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle to stop future renewals. The active billing period is generally not prorated or refunded unless required by applicable law or payment platform rules.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@goodsclip.org with your account email, order reference, payment date, and reason for the request. We usually respond within 3 business days. After approval, refund arrival times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank, usually 5-10 business days.

7. Disputes and Abuse

Where fraud, abuse, malicious batch generation, content policy violations, or risk-control evasion are detected, we may refuse refunds, suspend accounts, and retain necessary order and audit records for dispute, compliance, or security purposes.
