1. Service

一键生成 AI 带货视频 helps users import product information, generate editable commerce scripts, and submit approved prompts to AI video generation providers. You are responsible for the product information, prompts, scripts, uploaded images, and any final use of generated assets.

2. Accounts and Credits

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Credits, memberships, and top-ups may be used only inside this service. Failed video provider submissions may be refunded according to the in-app credit ledger.

3. AI Content Rules

You may not generate, request, upload, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, exploitative, abusive, hateful, deceptive, infringing, illegal, or unsafe content. This prohibition includes AI-generated content, adult roleplay, minors or age-ambiguous sexual content, non-consensual imagery, face-swap/deepfake abuse, impersonation, and content designed to mislead consumers.

4. Commercial Use

You are responsible for ensuring that product claims, advertising copy, prices, discounts, testimonials, and platform usage comply with applicable laws, marketplace rules, and advertising policies. Do not use generated output for medical, financial, legal, or guaranteed performance claims unless you have verified substantiation.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We screen video generation prompts before they reach an AI video model. We may block, remove, or refuse content; suspend access; or preserve relevant records where necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with payment processor and legal requirements.

6. Refunds and Support

For billing, refund, account, or content policy questions, contact support@goodsclip.org. Please include your account email and order reference when asking about a payment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product, payment requirements, and content safety standards evolve. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
