1. Information We Collect

We collect account details such as email address and display name, product links and product metadata you import, uploaded product images, prompt templates, generated scripts, video job metadata, credit and order records, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To present localized language and compliance notices, we may process IP address, country or region indicators, browser User-Agent, and country headers passed by network or edge providers. IP addresses used for compliance confirmations are stored as hashes in audit records.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to provide the product workspace, generate scripts and videos, maintain your product library and credit balance, process payments or payment support requests, prevent abuse, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, and improve reliability.

Your language preference may be stored in a cookie so landing and legal pages can be shown in Chinese or English.

3. AI and Moderation Providers

When you request script or video generation, relevant prompts, product information, and image references may be sent to configured AI providers. Video prompts are screened by a content moderation provider before generation. API keys are stored server-side and are not exposed in the browser.

4. Payments

Payment, tax, and checkout information may be processed by our payment provider or merchant-of-record provider. We store order references, product purchased, payment status, and credit fulfillment records so that we can support purchases and resolve billing questions.

5. Retention

Product library items, templates, account records, and billing records are retained while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes. Recent video job records may be retained temporarily for download, audit, and troubleshooting.

6. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting support@goodsclip.org. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal compliance.

7. Security

We use server-side credential storage, HTTPS, security headers, rate limiting, input validation, and content moderation controls. No system is perfect, so please report suspected security or privacy issues to our support email.
